How to prevent anti-corrosion of fire-fighting steel pipes
2022-11-22 09:31
For the anti-corrosion steel pipes for special purposes such as fire-fighting steel pipes, it is recommended to use polyethylene anti-corrosion adhesive tapes with special primers for external anti-corrosion of pipes. This anti-corrosion process does not require high-standard construction sites and is pollution-free. It can be prefabricated for anti-corrosion and then repaired after welding flaw detection and pressure test. It can be backfilled. This process has a short construction period and a good anti-corrosion effect.
The anti-corrosion of buried pipelines requires that the thickness of ordinary epoxy coal tar pitch is greater than 0.3mm. Process: First coat a layer of primer, and then coat with three top coats; if the thickness of epoxy coal tar reinforced grade is greater than 0.6mm, first coat a layer of primer, and then coat the topcoat.
Epoxy coal tar lacquer with extra-strengthened thickness greater than 0.8mm first coat with a primer, then topcoat, coat with a layer of glass cloth, then coat with topcoat, coat with a layer of glass cloth, then coat with topcoat, and coat with a layer of glass The most suitable environment temperature for epoxy coal tar pitch is 5℃~30℃.
